
On Thursday 19th. we have an excellent rock blues night with young Krissy Matthews (7:15pm) taking the stage for the first time at the Farm. Krissy, often referred to as "the guitar prodigy" juggles his school work with countless hours of practice and has undertaken several European tours with his band. Innes Sibun (8:45pm), considered one of the top flight guitarists in the UK, fills the middle slot together with his superb band whilst respected and lauded favourites. The Hamsters (10:30pm) perform the final slot on their return to the farm after several years absence. Heading towards their 4000th gig together the evergreen rockers will bring their unique and blistering blues to the stage. Curfew midnight
Friday 20th sees Dani Wilde (7:15pm), a young female guitarist with a superb musical talent and a voice reminiscent of Janis Joplin, take to the stage for the first time at the Farm. Dani has a 1st Class BA Honours degree in music from Sussex University and is no shrinking violet when it comes to belting out a gutsy number ably accompanied by her band including brother Will on “harp” Aynsley Lister (8:45pm) will need little introduction to those who follow progressive blues. A young guitarist of extraordinary talent and already four albums to his credit. Jazz or blues this man really knows how to rock. Point Blank (10:30pm), an American Superband who, amazingly, have never played here in the UK. The line up is formidable with Buddy Whittington and Rusty Burns, both exceptional lead guitarists, battling it out together on stage. Buddy is John Mayall`s choice of lead guitarist when he visits these shores. Touring Europe in June, they have agreed to do a “one nighter ” here at the Farm, a rare and unprecedented event, not to be missed. Curfew midnight
Saturday sees our first long day of music and we welcome the return of the astounding Lisa Mills (1:00pm), first lady of Mississippi, creative genius of the electro – acoustic guitar and backing her on slap bass, Ian Jennings, respected and sought after, accompanist throughout the live music industry

Fast forward to Sunday, Chill Out Day, Family Day and a distinctly recuperative feel to what has been an adrenalin rush of friendliness, good humour and love of good music. Some of the guys camping here have been here every year since its inception. Some of them met their partners here, many are bringing their children to what has been described in the weekend heavies as ... The Friendliest Festival in Britain ... now take a ride with Kris Dollimore (1:00pm), guitar master from the wilds of Kent, 3 AM (2:30pm), reminiscent of sixties premier UK blues, Gary Fletcher (3:45pm), of Blues Band fame, branches out together with his son and a great ensemble of superb blues men. Next up, a tremendously talented Italian maestro, Matthew Lee (5:15pm), from Pesaro, east coast Italy. From troubled Zimbabwe, Albert soothes and cajoles, smiles and caresses, leaves you breathless with his poetry and music and kisses you goodnight from the ultimate and friendliest festival in Britain.
