These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Blues on the Farm. Please read carefully before placing any order. Possession of a ticket signifies an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this Website at a particular time may not precisely reflect the position at the moment you place your order.
Content
Any information displayed on this site is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice.
Prices
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Orders
Blues on the Farm are pleased to accept ticket orders by any of the following methods: Online transaction (secure server), telephone or post.
All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisations by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, Blues on the Farm will not be liable for any delay and / or non delivery of your tickets.
Credit Card Security
Credit / debit card numbers used when placing online orders on the Blues on the Farm website will have their numbers encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit and debit cards are charged by WorldPay Plc who are owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland and are a recognised global brand in e-commerce.
Delivery
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible after the 1st May 2009 in accordance with the standard Royal Mail postage. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales, some delays are occasionally inevitable. Tickets are subject to availability.
Tickets purchased close to the festival date will not be sent out, but will instead be held at the ticket office located directly outside the main festival entrance for collection for the duration of the festival.
Tickets & Wristbands
All tickets supplied remain the property of Blues on the Farm until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those tickets has been received in full by Blues on the Farm.
All ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival and must be worn at all times for the duration of the festival to gain access to the arena. NB: The wristbands are durable and will not come off when worn correctly so no replacements will be given for lost wristbands.
Lost / Damaged Tickets Policy
Under no circumstances will Blues on the Farm issue duplicates for lost or damaged tickets, so ensure that you keep your ticket safe!

There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation.
Right of Admission
Blues on the Farm reserves the right to refuse admission to the festival of any persons reasonably deemed may be a risk to their own or others safety and/or that may affect the enjoyment of others and/or the running of the festival. E.g. persons will not be admitted who in the opinion of festival authorities and/or designated representatives, appear to be under the influence of drink and/or illegal substances and/or is acting aggressively and/or is abusive. Strictly no illegal substances permitted.
Children
Under 12's will be admitted without a ticket when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Prohibitions
Glass bottles, open fires, fireworks and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are therefore not allowed onsite. No animals will be permitted to festival arena with the exception of guide dogs for the blind. No private sound systems will be permitted onsite. No video or tape recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted onsite.
Camping
Camping is only permitted within designated camping areas and with a valid camping ticket / corresponding wristband. No motorised vehicles will be allowed in the campsite or festival grounds without prior written consent. Camper vans and/or caravans will need to be parked in a separate designated site, access gained only by relevant vehicle pass.
Disabled Facilities
There will be a designated area of the campsite for disabled patrons, located towards the back of the main stage (TBC). A designated disabled parking area will be assigned adjacent to the arena and close to the main festival entrance. A raised platform for wheelchair users will also be available to view the main stage and stage 2.
Programme
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full advertised programme perform, Blues on the Farm reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artistes, and to vary the advertised programme and running times if necessary, without prior notice.
Trading
Strictly no trading is permitted within the festival arena without prior written consent.
Alcohol
Those who are, or whom appear to be under 18 will not be served alcohol. Only alcohol for personal consumption will be permitted onsite.
Blues on the Farm does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
Data Protection Act
Blues on the Farm will collect and store data about you to allow us to process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. Blues on the Farm does not disclose this information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on the Blues on the Farm site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Possession of ticket signifies consent as a patron to photography and/or filming/sound recording of the festival which may then be used for promotional purposes.
